Jersey Shore specializes in sports jerseys and related merchandise. Product images, colors, and sizing charts are provided for reference and may vary slightly based on manufacturer and screen settings. Inventory levels are subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Jersey Shore reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through accepted methods provided at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Jerseys (especially customized items) may require production time. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees payable by the customer. Jersey Shore is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Refund and return requests are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customized products are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including designs, logos, images, text, and product descriptions is the property of Jersey Shore or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
