Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Customized jerseys may require additional production time. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines depend on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated ranges are:

  • Domestic Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Domestic Express: 1–3 business days

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

  • International Express: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, customs, or other external factors.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates. Promotional free-shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly indicated.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Jersey Shore is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking updates are dependent on the carrier and may experience temporary gaps.

7. Delivery Issues & Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence, it may be returned to us or held by the carrier. Re-shipping fees may apply. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Jersey Shore is not responsible for theft or loss thereafter.

  • If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence so we can file a claim and review replacement eligibility.

9. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items or customized pieces may ship separately at no additional cost to the customer.

10. Preorders & Special Releases
For limited drops, preorders, or special releases, estimated dispatch times will be stated on the product page. These items may not follow standard processing timelines.

11. Address Changes
Address modification requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet shipped. Once dispatched, changes must be coordinated directly with the carrier.
