Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In original packaging (tags, labels, and protective films)

Free from stains, odours, deodorants, and pet hair
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Customized or personalized jerseys (name/number/team/custom patches)

Clearance, sale, or promotional items

Digital gift cards
3. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
4. Sizing Issues
Jerseys often vary by style, team, and manufacturer. If the item does not fit, size exchanges may be offered based on available stock. If a size exchange is not available, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Return Shipping Costs

For customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For store-initiated errors (wrong item, defect), Jersey Shore covers return shipping.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped or customized. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Jersey Shore is not liable for theft or loss. For disputed deliveries, a case will be opened with the carrier for investigation.
9. Store Credits & Exchanges
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Exchanges depend on stock availability and may incur additional shipping costs.
